Orthopaedic and sports medicine providers from ����͵��91 ��ҹ���� Physicians serve as the Roadrunner����͵��91 ��ҹ���� on-the-field medical team with access to the more than 800 other specialists within ����͵��91 ��ҹ����. Fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician, Ken Kenneth-Nwosa, MD, serves as the Roadrunner����͵��91 ��ҹ���� team physician and partners with orthopaedic surgeon, Katherine Bartush, MD, for “on and off the field” care of the athletes. The complete medical team serving ����͵��91 ��ҹ���� Athletics includes, Thomas DeBerardino, MD; Phil Jacobs, MD, Caitlyn Mooney, MD; and Ian Whitney, MD.  Together, this powerhouse team focuses on preventing common injuries, recognizing and treating concussions, understanding the role that proper stretching, hydration and nutrition play in keeping student athletes healthy, and determining when a student has fully recovered and is safe to return to play.
